10 August - Current Board Situation

These are the two pedalboards I'm using these days. They are essentially the same layout (Tuner > Overdrive > Reverb > Delay), but the reverb and delay pedals on the top board offer additional modulation that can be blended into the signal. This board is also the one I tend to use for live performances. You'll notice the tuner pedal is placed a bit more off to the right of the others so I'm less likely to hit it by accident when switching the overdrive on or off. Stepping on the tuner mutes the sound completely. Good when tuning, but not so much partway through a song.

9 August - Progress

Just a quick post to mark the fact that as of this afternoon, the basic tracks (rhythm guitars, bass, and drums) are done for all five songs that will be appearing on the next release. A couple of them have additional tracks completed as well, but the point is they are all ready for vocals.
